    • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached..
    • If you wish to return your order let us know by writing an e-mail at including your order number and the products you wish to return.
    • We will provide you with a return label that you can use to return the products. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    • After we have received your return we will make payment to your account within 3-7 days.
    • At this time we can offer free-of-charge returns only within Estonia.

  • The product doesn’t have signs of use. If the product has been used, we are guided by the principle of reasonable use – if the unsuitability is determined by trying the goods out, the goods are considered unused. Naiya Holding OÜ has the right to offset the decrease in the value of the product that you have paid for and you will be refunded the difference.

  • The product must have tags attached.
